cancellation policy
Please do your best to give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than that makes it very difficult to fill the spot and results in loss of income for a small business like ours.
If last minute cancellations or no shows become a pattern, you may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.
If you are sick or something urgent happens, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for understanding!
